POMN Terms of Service

By using POMN ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of the Bot:

   You may use the Bot in accordance with its intended purpose as described in its documentation and within the Discord Terms of Service. Any unauthorized or abusive use of the Bot is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property:

   All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot, including any and all intellectual property rights, are owned by POMN Entertainment. You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Bot.

3. Privacy:

   Your use of the Bot is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. Please review the Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your data.

4. Limitation of Liability:

   POMN Entertainment is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising out of your use or inability to use the Bot.

5. Termination:

   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot for any reason without notice.

6. Updates:

   We may, from time to time, update or change the Bot. By continuing to use the Bot, you agree to be bound by any such updates or changes.

7. Governing Law:

   These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and any disputes or legal actions arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin.
